Booking & Appointments

  • No. We operate by appointment only.

  • All appointments are scheduled through Vagaro. You can book by clicking this link, or review our services before you book by clicking this link.

  • Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% service charge. Please review our Policies page for full details.

  • Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you’re running behind.

Services

  • Longevity depends on nail growth, lifestyle, and maintenance. Most clients return every 2–3 weeks for fills or maintenance.

  • Yes, foreign removals are available. Please select the appropriate add-on when booking.

  • We assess nail health at every appointment. If your nails need a break or different approach, we’ll guide you accordingly.

  • Gel-X sets require removal before a new set is applied.

Maintenance & Aftercare

  • Typically, every 2–3 weeks, depending on growth and wear. We recommend a maximum of 4 weeks to preserve nail health. Your tech will know best based on your nails.

  • If lifting or breakage occurs within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us, and we’ll assess the issue. Repairs within this timeframe may be complimentary at our discretion. After 7 days, standard repair fees apply.

  • Daily cuticle oil and avoiding picking or peeling will help extend wear. We have information here to help you maintain your set.

Policies & Other

  • Due to the nature of nail services, we do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns with your service, please let us know during your appointment so adjustments can be made in real time.

    Once you leave the studio, changes to shape, length, or design preferences are considered a new service. If you have concerns after your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation.

  • Yes. We service clients ages 16 and older. Gel polish and UV-cured services are recommended for clients 16+.

    Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to review and sign all required intake and waiver forms at the time of their appointment.

    We understand high school students may have dances, events, and special occasions they’d like to prepare for, and we’re happy to accommodate within these guidelines.
